Dick Lee spent some 30 years in the telecommunications industry, with his last portfolio as the Chief Operating Officer of Radiance Communications (a joint venture between Singapore Telecoms and Keppel T&T). He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of sales training, negotiation, change management, marketing and project management, product development and distribution.
Currently based in Singapore, Dick has shifted his focus to developing strategies, business solutions and curriculum to meet the needs of SMEs and MNCs. He is also an experienced facilitator, trainer, consultant and certified adult educator.
He holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment, and Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He also attained the coaching certificate from Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Dick has delivered workshops in Sales, Leadership skills, Supervisory and Management Skills, and Key Account Management, Negotiation, Communications, . Those who have attended Dick's workshops often describe him as engaging and approachable. He has worked with established companies including British Telecommunications, KPMG, Minaya Learning, Asia Pacific Breweries, Abbott Laboratories and Unilever. He has also trained participants throughout the Asian region, including Vietnam, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Indonesia.
Dick is currently the Managing Director of BCS Consulting. He strongly believes in the importance of lifelong learning and demonstrated this his completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Psychology at the age of 60! Most recently, he attended a certification in Hynotherapist by National Guild of Hypnoptist (NGH).
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, doing leisure walks or just meeting up with his friends over coffee. He also actively volunteers at the Chinese Swimming Club (Singapore).

With his experience in management positions and regional exposure while working in MNCs and SMEs in Project Management, Project Delivery, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management, Continuous Improvement Processes, Services Delivery Management and Customer Support Services.
He is a certified Professional Service Manager, WDA accredited ACTA certified trainer, and an experienced CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Facilitator and Moderator.
