Dick Lee, Managing Director, Adult Educator, Certified Hypnotherapist & Innovation Coach
Dick Lee spent some 30 years in the telecommunications industry, with his last portfolio as the Chief Operating Officer of Radiance Communications (a joint venture between Singapore Telecoms and Keppel T&T). He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of sales training, negotiation, change management, marketing and project management, product development and distribution.
Currently based in Singapore, Dick has shifted his focus to developing strategies, business solutions and curriculum to meet the needs of SMEs and MNCs. He is also an experienced facilitator, trainer, consultant and certified adult educator. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment, and Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He also holds professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
Dick has delivered workshops in Sales, Leadership skills, Supervisory and Management Skills, and Key Account Management, Negotiation, Communications, . Those who have attended Dick's workshops often describe him as engaging and approachable. He has worked with established companies including British Telecommunications, KPMG, Minaya Learning, Asia Pacific Breweries, Abbott Laboratories and Unilever. He has also trained participants throughout the Asian region, including Vietnam, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Indonesia.
Dick is currently the Managing Director of BCS Consulting. He strongly believes in the importance of lifelong learning and demonstrated this his completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Psychology at the age of 60! Most recently, he attended a certification in Hynotherapist by National Guild of Hypnoptist (NGH).
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, doing leisure walks or just meeting up with his friends over coffee. He also actively volunteers at the Chinese Swimming Club (Singapore).
Tan Hang Meng, Innovation Coach
Hang Meng has amassed more than 28 years of extensive working experience in the Telecommunication, Security, and Building Infrastructure industries providing consultation, services (sales support & after-sales) & solutions to Government, Finance, and Manufacturing sectors in Singapore and regionally.
With his experience in management positions and regional exposure while working in MNCs and SMEs in Project Management, Project Delivery, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management, Continuous Improvement Processes, Services Delivery Management and Customer Support Services.
He is a certified Professional Service Manager, WDA accredited ACTA certified trainer, and an experienced CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Facilitator and Moderator.

Benedict Lee is a veteran hotelier with a career in the hospitality industry spanning more than two decades. He began his career in Singapore and has since held middle and senior management positions with international hotel brands like Hilton, Westin, Shangri-La and Raffles.
He also managed his own business and opened and operated a lifestyle retail store which also offered home renovations and the design and construction of exhibition stands. His last position before emigrating to Australia was Group Director of Sales of Raffles International Hotels and Resorts, where he was involved in the opening of two historical landmark hotels in Cambodia.
In Australia, he played a crucial and pivotal role in strategically positioning and marketing the newly opened Merchant Court Hotel, and in contributing to its success and profitability. He was also instrumental in the hotel’s successful rebranding to the Swissôtel Sydney. Following the success of the hotel in the Australian and international landscape, he moved into an operational role overseeing the overall day to day functions of the hotel.
Benedict took an interest in organisational learning and development when he was with the Swissôtel Sydney and obtained his Australian Certificate IV qualification in Assessment and Workplace Training in 2004, followed by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAA40104 in 2008 and the TAE40110 in 2011. He also holds a Master of Management degree from Charles Sturt University.
In 2007, he realised his interest in organisational learning and development in delivering a range of hospitality subjects at both Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels. Since the beginning of 2012, he has been lecturing at the Charles Sturt University’s Bachelor of Hotel Management and in Sydney’s leading culinary academy, Le Cordon Bleu’s Bachelor of International Hotel Management and Bachelor of International Restaurant Management degree programs.
He also facilitates and lectures at the Blacktown campus at the Australian Graduate Management Consortium post-graduate program, a Charles Sturt University and Tafe NSW initiative, in the Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma in Management (Professional Practice) leading to the Master of Management qualification.
His broad organisational, training and development experience is drawn from his active engagement in formal education delivery and his involvement in conducting regular organisational learning and development courses and workshops, in Strategic Management, Marketing, Leadership, Revenue Management, and Hotel Management & Operations, in Australia and Asia.
